The tall skyscraper to the right is the Woolworth Building - the tallest building in the world from 1913 to 1930, with a height of 792 feet (241 m).

The large City Hall Post Office and Courthouse in the middle does not exist anymore - it was called “Mullett's Monstrosity" after its architect Alfred B. Mullett. It was demolished in 1939.
